DECATRON aims to build the knowledge foundation, institutional capacity, and cross-sector collaboration needed to accelerate the electrification of urban logistics fleets in Indonesia. Through policy research, stakeholder engagement, technical analysis, and capacity-building activities, the project generates evidence to support informed decision-making and practical policy solutions. By connecting government, industry, academia, and civil society, DECATRON seeks to create a measurable and evidence-based roadmap for a more sustainable, low-emission urban logistics ecosystem in Indonesia.
