DECATRON is a 12-month collaborative project that builds the knowledge framework, technical capacity, and multi-stakeholder coalition needed to formulate a measurable, evidence-based direction for electrifying urban logistics in Indonesia. The project combines policy research, a market study, an EV pilot in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek), charging infrastructure analysis, GHG emissions accounting training, and public advocacy.
